The purchased goods maybe exchanged within 7 days from the purchased date. Exchanges will only be honoured if the label remains intact and in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Exchanges that are damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return
Goods can be exchanged for the equivalent amount or if you wish to do so; a more expensive or less expensive item. Please note for less expensive items you will not be refunded the difference of your original purchase.
Shipping costs are non refundable and we recommend you use a courier or like service to return the unwanted item, so it can be tracked, at your own expense.
During sale or promotion periods we do not offer exchanges unless the goods are faulty.
To exchange an item please email email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order to request exchange details and instructions. Please note exchanges will be honoured as long as we are notified within the 7 days from the purchased day.
